From the owner

Villa Artemis is a newly built three bedroom country property, situated in some 2 acres of unspoilt natural environment. The lower level of the villa has a table tennis area and an 8m long private pool. A short flight of steps leads up to the main entrance, which in turn opens out into a lovely well furnished lounge/dining room and open plan kitchen. The lounge has a feature fireplace, satellite TV , DVD and a Playstation 3 for our young guests.Patio doors also open out onto the front terrace and pool area. On this level there is also a shower room with hydro massage shower. Next to this is the first air-conditioned bedroom and a shower with WC en-suite. A marble staircase leads up to the first floor and two further bedrooms. Both bedrooms have got terraces overlooking the pool, gardens and the bay of Rethymnon in the distance. On this floor there is also a large bathroom. On the ground floor there is a newly built fitness room where our guests can exercise themselves. Next to the pool and the barbecue there is ample space to dine al-fresco. Local shops are 1km away from the village of Prines. A car is essential.

Why can't I call Stella (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stella (the owner) a message.

If Stella (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
