Located in a peaceful area only 2.5 km away from the nearest beach and living areas, Villa Simore has the unique advantage which will make you feel that you are staying in the nature although you will be next to everything.

The 320 sq. m two-storey villa combines traditional style, a peaceful atmosphere and modern amenities for restful holidays, perfect for families and children or a group of friends! Stylishly furnished, Villa Simore features 5 en-suite bedrooms, accommodating up to 11 guests. Enjoy tranquillity and comfort in our beautiful villa.

Indoor layout

Entering the villa on the ground floor on your left, there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa and a fireplace and the indoor dining area, that opens up to a veranda with a sitting area offering sea views. The fully equipped kitchen offers top quality fixtures and appliances, as well as a dining table for 6 and access to outdoor area which leads to the pool area through a staircase. Adjacent to the kitchen, a second living room boasts a comfy sofa, 42” HDTV and a fireplace.The right side of the ground floor hosts an office space and a bedroom with a double bed, 32” TV, closet and en-suite bathroom with shower. The bedroom also has a loft with an office space and a bookshelf with books.

Reaching the first floor through a staircase, guests can find the remaining 4 bedrooms of the villa. The first bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a loft with a single bed. The second bedroom is the master bedroom with a double bed, a walk in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. The third and forth bedroom have 2 single beds and a double bed respectively with en-suite bathrooms. All the bedrooms are equipped with a 32” TV and a balcony with sea or garden views.

Outdoor area

Villa Simone is located in a 1,300 sq. m private land, surrounded by various trees and flowers, offering several facilities and spots for relaxation, including:

- A 45 sq.m. private swimming pool

- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, outdoor tables and chairs) for relaxing in the veranda and the gardens around the villa

-Fully equipped charcoal barbecue facilities with and an outdoor sink

-Outdoor dining area for al fresco dining

-Lawn covered area for the kids to play, next to the pool and beautifully landscaped garden.

-Parking space inside the villa premises
