VILLAS DESCRIPTION :

Four luxurious villas in a privileged location 50 m from a private beach. The clear blue sea and exclusive private beach equipped with sun loungers and sunshades will satisfy the most demanding sea and sun worshipers. With facilities and services comparable to luxury hotels only with more privacy, each villa has spectacular views, a peaceful atmosphere and very modern amenities, perfect for restful holidays. The villas are designed with families, couples, newlyweds and those with exquisite taste who can appreciate the tranquillity, comfort and luxury of these unique villas.

There are two different types of villas in the complex. To the front villas “Thoi” and “Persi” which are single-storey, to the rear two-storey villas “Eeanthe” and “Melia”. All the villas have been designed to offer privacy with clear views of the sea!

Created and decorated with high standards, respect to the natural environment and only branded materials as every detail matters for us! Kitchen worktop from “Compac”, bedroom floors from “Kahrs”, white marbles from Greece, water systems from “Grohe”, lights from “Augenti" and “Beca”, “Schüko” doors & windows, beds from “Cocomat” and furniture designed by Poul Christiansen & Boris Berlin (“Gubi dk”) and “Emu” designer Paola Navone are only some of the details which will make your senses to be unforgettably delighted.

Stay in your private villa, enjoy your freedom and privacy but also take advantage of the complex facilities and hotel services that we can offer. Each villa has private sun beds on the crystal clear water’s edge!

On our private beach is ready to serve your every demand. There is a safe organised playground for children, plus a vegetable garden in which you can “use” with our gardener’s help and taste home grown vegetables.

Our free of charge “hotel services” can make the difference for your stay, include cleaning every 3 days, daily operating reception desk and Holiday Advisor & concierge centre where you can take advice or suggestions regarding everything in our island!

Layout of the villa:

Villa Melia offers 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people in beds. It is a two-storey villa designed to offer direct view to the sea from the first floor bedrooms and balcony.

Entering the villa there is an open plan area consisting of the living room with satellite HDTV and Nintendo Wii, the indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures. Open the doors to the veranda and connect the living room area with the pool and the garden. On the same floor there is a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with 2 single beds which can be transformed to a double one if it’s needed, this room has direct access to the pool area. On the first floor there is another bedroom with a king size double bed and the main bathroom with Jacuzzi bath.

Outdoors the villa has its own fenced private area covered with grass and flowers, a heated swimming pool with hydro massage jet and sun beds. The swimming pool can be heated with additional 35€ per day upon request. Next to the pool there is also a hot tube for 3 people! In addition there is an outdoor sitting area and a charcoal barbecue.

The pool contains a pool alarm system for child safety.

(Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice.)

Once your reservation has been confirmed you will be connected to our concierge service and your personal holiday advisor. We will welcome you in the villa upon arrival regardless of the arrival time, even if it is late at night. Additionally during your stay you have full disposal to the Holiday Advisor Team by email, mobile or landline (VOIP) phone in the villa directly connected to our office (like a room connected to the reception desk of a hotel), for any kind of: - Questions for the house / area - Suggestions & making bookings for restaurants, attractions / activities - Assistance in arranging services such as private chef, boat trips, transfers and more. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Thalasses - (the owner) a message.

If Thalasses - (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
