Four luxurious villas in a privileged location 50 m from a private beach. The clear blue sea and exclusive private beach equipped with sun loungers and sunshades will satisfy the most demanding sea and sun worshipers. With facilities and services comparable to luxury hotels only with more privacy, each villa has spectacular views, a peaceful atmosphere and very modern amenities, perfect for restful holidays. The villas are designed with families, couples, newlyweds and those with exquisite taste who can appreciate the tranquillity, comfort and luxury of these unique villas.

There are two different types of villas in the complex. To the front villas “Thoi” and “Persi” which are single-storey, to the rear two-storey villas “Eeanthe” and “Melia”. All the villas have been designed to offer privacy with clear views of the sea!

Created and decorated with high standards, respect to the natural environment and only branded materials as every detail matters for us! Kitchen worktop from “Compac”, bedroom floors from “Kahrs”, white marbles from Greece, water systems from “Grohe”, lights from “Augenti" and “Beca”, “Schüko” doors & windows, beds from “Cocomat” and furniture designed by Poul Christiansen & Boris Berlin (“Gubi dk”) and “Emu” designer Paola Navone are only some of the details which will make your senses to be unforgettably delighted.

Stay in your private villa, enjoy your freedom and privacy but also take advantage of the complex facilities and hotel services that we can offer. Each villa has private sun beds on the crystal clear water’s edge!

On our private beach is ready to serve your every demand. There is a safe organised playground for children, plus a vegetable garden in which you can “use” with our gardener’s help and taste home grown vegetables.

Our free of charge “hotel services” can make the difference for your stay, include cleaning every 3 days, daily operating reception desk and Holiday Advisor & concierge centre where you can take advice or suggestions regarding everything in our island!

Layout of the villa:

Villa Melia offers 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people in beds and up to 5 people if it is necessary. It is a two-storey villa designed to offer direct view to the sea from the first floor bedrooms and balcony.

Entering the villa there is an open plan area consisting of the living room with satellite HDTV and Nintendo Wii, the indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures. Open the doors to the veranda and connect the living room area with the pool and the garden. On the same floor there is a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with 2 single beds which can be transformed to a double one if it’s needed, this room has direct access to the pool area. On the first floor there is another bedroom with a king size double bed and the main bathroom with Jacuzzi bath.

Outdoors the villa has its own fenced private area covered with grass and flowers, a heated swimming pool with hydro massage jet and sun beds. The swimming pool can be heated with additional 35€ per day upon request. Next to the pool there is also a hot tube for 3 people! In addition there is an outdoor sitting area and a gas barbecue station from Porphyritic.

The pool contains a pool alarm system for child safety.

“Sejour particulierement agreable et tres reposant”

Nous nous sommes rendus a la villa Melia de Thalasses Villas pour notre lune de miel. L'accueil etait tres chaleureux et le personnel a notre ecoute et toujours disponible. Ils avaient decore la villa specialement pour l'occasion. C'est situe dans un endroit tres calme et offre une belle vue sur la mer. Tout etait propre et nettoye quotidiennement. A notre arrivee, des fruits du jardin etaient mis a notre disposition, et nous pouvions egalement recuperer des legumes frais qui etaient recoltes le matin. Le jaccuzzi est tombe en panne durant notre sejour, et le proprietaire n'a pas hesite a nous ouvrir une autre villa pour que l'on puisse utiliser un autre jaccuzzi. Cote divertissement, la maison est dotee d'un lecteur blu-ray, ce qui est tres appreciable (toutefois, les blu-rays mis a disposition sont en anglais...). Par ailleurs, il y a dans la villa un "guide" qui contient un certain nombre de suggestions de restaurants et autres activites. Il est possible de se faire livrer ses repas rapidement et pour un prix tres abordable. Le personnel s'est meme propose de commander pour nous. Enfin, la villa est proche de Rethymno, une grande ville facile d'acces et ou on peut trouver tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin. Vivement recommande !
