Use your key and enter Villa Renta Eleni, a brand new, luxurious Villa, built with care and great taste, which is ready to cover every one of your needs during your summer holiday! Villa Renta Eleni is the first of the two Renta Villas, located in a picturesque village, inside the Cretan country side, but at the same time, conveniently close to all kind of amenities and shops, only 1,5 km away.

Outdoors

Passing the villa’s gate you will find yourselves in a green oasis, created by the vast outdoor area of a total 450m2, 350m2 of which are covered by lawn, which makes it ideal for young kids to play! Also, a magnificent private swimming pool (6,5 X 4 meters and 1.40 m deep) and the lawn covered area beside it, equipped with umbrellas and sun beds for your long sun bathing mornings! Additionally, the pool area has a plexiglass safety fence, which allows you to enjoy the amazing, unobstructed country side views. Gaze upon the small hills and enjoy the cretan landscape and the fresh summer air! Also, on the stone-paved terrace a pergola with BBQ facilities and a shaded, outdoor dining area, where you can have a unique, al fresco dining experience is also available. Following the path on the side, at the rear part of the Villa, another wonderful, lawn covered terrace awaits you! To make things better, a playground for our young guests is also available, so they can enjoy their afternoons, after you return home from the beach! A ping pong table is also available for unlimited hours of fun!

Ground Floor

Villa Renta Eleni covers 170 sq. m., divided in two levels and can accommodate up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, an open-plan area boasts the comfortable living room and the kitchen. The sitting area is ideal for your family moments, as you can watch your favourite films, play some games and dine together in the two dining tables available. Also, the living area features an open fireplace and provides direct access to the lawn covered terrace! The fully equipped kitchen stands out for its contemporary design and built-in electrical appliances, enabling you to prepare any kind of meal you wish!

Additionally, this level of Villa Renta Eleni is suitable for people with special needs as it features one bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with facilities for disabled guests. Also guests have direct access to the pool terrace from the kitchen area.

Villa Renta Eleni is also very baby friendly oriented, ideal for a family vacation! In case you are traveling with babies or young kids, please let us know and upon request we can provide all the necessary equipment you may need, including:

First Floor

The interior stairway leads you on the first floor, where the remaining two bedrooms of the Villa can be found, each one featuring two single beds, which can also be used as one double bed upon request. Both bedrooms have double doors, leading to a spacious veranda, equipped with patio furniture and a shaded siting area, with a stunning view of the clear blue sky and the surrounding area! Furthermore, a family bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub is available as well, expecting to offer you some very relaxing moments, after a full day at the beach!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
