Amphi Exclusive Residence sits on 2.200 sprawling m2 of suburban tranquility with unobstructed views spanning from the olive groves below to the Fortezza Fortress down to the city and further away to the seemingly endless blue of the Aegean. Cited in Tria Monastiria, an elevated position above Rethymo town, the Villa benefits from stunning vistas, full privacy and proximity to the city, all at once. With its ample outdoor areas, deluxe amenities and comfortable indoor spaces, Amphi Exclusive Residence is the epitome of summer indulgence. This stunning 600 m2 property, rising two storeys, boasts 9 bedrooms & 10,5 bathrooms, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel, comfortably accommodating up to 22 guests.

Ground Floor

Entering the Villa, you are welcomed by a bright open-plan space consoisted of the living room, dining area and kitchen, providing the most beautiful and informal space for late night conversations after a long day of countryside adventures. Four of the bedrooms are also located on this level. More specifically the ground floor boasts:

- Two free-shape sofas, coffee tables and armchairs, allowing you to kick back and enjoy a movie at the 50’’ HDTV or listen to your favourite music at the Bluetooth speaker. An ethanol fireplace can be used on the more breezy nights if you wish, creating a cosy feeling.

- A fully equipped kitchen with branded buil-in appliances to make meals together with your loved ones.

- A dining table for 14 guests and wine cooler for long nights of home cooked food and deep, roaring laughter.

- An elevator offers effortless moving between the different levels

- A utility room with iron facilities, first aid kit, washing machine and tumble dryer.

- A WC next to the dining area
