Beautiful modern villa located in a great position in Portugals No 1 holiday location Quinta Do Lago.

Set in a half acre private plot overlooking the 6th fairway of the Quinta do Lago south golf course with large heated swimming pool,the villa enjoys a high position with sunshine all day from sunrise to sunset.Very private not overlooked with wonderful views over the fairway .

With the sea shore and sea water lake within walking distance you have a choice of the stunning Atlantic sandy beach and blue sea or the large sea water lake with beach and water activities safe for all ages.

Excellent beachside/lakeside cafe/restaurants make up the perfect holiday experience.

At the entrance to Quinta do Lago opposite the new Conrad Hilton hotel you will find one of the most delightful shopping/restaurant/cafe/bar Courtyards you can envisage .

Four golf courses,water sports,tennis,riding,fishing,walking through a protected bird migratory region makes Quinta do Lago the top spot in Portugal.

We have a local management company that looks after the villa. We have excellent maids (see kitchen photo),ensuring the villa is very clean on arrival. We have a very responsive handyman,very good gardeners,and pool service twice a week . Access will be available from the Quinta do Lago security office open 24hrs.

Thanks Peter,I am pleased you enjoyed your stay. We like to create an attractive environment in the evenings with the glow of the pool lighting which would not be possible with a pool cover. It is a bit of a trade off when the nights are colder although we have managed 28 degree C in November before. Maybe we should provide a cover and let our guests choose if they wish to use it. Thanks Neil,much appreciated, I guess the mattress is a difficult one as guests have different preferences,I tend towards a firmer one myself but as most Portuguese mattresses are very hard we thought best to go for a softer option. It is a very high quality British mattress with 3000 pocket springs. Whilst I agree the master bedroom could be grander the bathroom is considerably larger than normal. Thanks for staying with us and we look forward to welcoming you again. Best wishes David

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David (the owner) a message.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
