Our fully air-conditioned Villa is registered and Licenced by the local Camara, it is set outside the village of Quelfes, near Olhao, 15mins from Faro, in a pleasant and tranquil area , nestling in the beautiful Algarvian countryside. The Villa has a secluded , illuminated, heated swimming pool in it’s own private, mature and well maintained garden,backed by a vineyard. The pool has a cover to retain heat , plus a lifebouy and stairgate to prevent small children accessing the pool on their own. The spiral staircase inside the turret leads to a third bedrom and ensuite, and a fully private sun drenched roof terrace which is not overlooked, so is an ideal spot for sunbathing ,there are also 3 other terraces .Steps to the left of the villa lead to the main entrance, but there is a wide path and gate to the right suitable for buggies with no steps.The villa has a large lounge with a wood burning stove and gas central heating plus air conditioning / heating for the winter months and a double bed settee, and is equipped to a high standard so that you want for nothing. There are loads of books,games and DVD's and a 32" flat screen satelite TV plus DVD player , CD player, radio and WiFi broadband access
Casa Roseira is an ideal spot for relaxing with family and friends and enjoying time together, either around the pool or under the shade sail, or enjoying a tasty BBQ. A welcome pack awaits your arrival with our compliments.
A number of maps and local information leaflets are available, including a very useful restuarant information book with advice and directions.

Why can't I call Noel & Sue (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Noel & Sue (the owner) a message.

If Noel & Sue (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
