Está inserido num condomínio com jardins, piscina e estacionamento de garagem reservado. Dos Três Castelos Beach is 550 meters away, Vau Beach is 1 km away, Algarve Casino is 2 km away. The nearest airport, Faro Airport, is 70 km away.

Beach House 31, 550 meters from the beach and close to everything, but still in a quiet area of Praia da Rocha.

It is housed in a condominium with gardens, swimming pool and reserved garage parking. The Beach House 31 apartment will welcome you with an open space living room, equipped with a kitchen and dining table, TV, a comfortable sofa bed for relaxing moments. It is equipped with everything you need for your quick lunches or romantic dinners: hob, dishwasher, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, mixer, juicer and all kinds of pans. and frying pans, as well as plates, glasses and cutlery.

At your disposal also a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine for your breakfast at home.

Also we have 3 bicycles available for our guests, (they are in the car park inside the garage that belongs to the apartment) they have a lock with the code, your responsibility when using them. Please don't leave them unlocked so they won't be stolen.
