Overlooking the sea our two bedroom apartment will appeal to those who seek a quiet and relaxing base but having the advantage of the numerous top quality bars, shops and restaurants, as well splendid beach and first class golf courses within a few minutes walk. The complex is always well maintained, secure and has a fantastic swimming pool. Sun loungers are at your disposition.

The apartment has been furnished so you can feel in your own holiday-home It has air conditioning/heating in the both living/dinner room and bedrooms, a shower/bath and bidet a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, washer, cooker oven and microwave. In the lounge are two sofas (one is a sofa bed), cable TV, wifi internet.

Individual Air conditionate in all rooms allow you to have a pleasant ambience in all apartment whatever the outside temperature is.

The south-west facing veranda is around the entire apartment and equipped with a table and chairs, and is perfect for enjoying the sundowner or has an alfresco evening meal.

Is situated on the six floors with access from the apartment to the underground car parking (included) by lifts.
