14 Vista Apartments is situated within yards of the beautiful golden sandy beach at Goodrington Sands. Sitting on the balcony, you can enjoy the spectacular views overlooking the beach and beyond, taking in the stunning sea views over Torbay.

The balcony also overlooks the green at Young’s Park, with wonderful views of the historic local steam train which runs regularly into Dartmouth and back.

This is a self–contained, detached apartment comprising 2 floors. It has an off road entrance and a dedicated off road parking space. Gated access to the beach at the bottom of the drive. It is ideal for a couple seeking a home away from home.

About the area

The old harbour at Paignton is a 5 minute walk away where you can catch regular ferries to Brixham and Torquay with connections to further afield if required.

There are good quality and varied local restaurants at Goodrington and the old harbour but overall this apartment is situated in a quiet and peaceful part of Torbay, with lots of lovely walks on the doorstep.

A deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.

Payment is by cheque or BACS.
