One bed apartment in the much sought after Varandas Do Mar complex in the heart of Olhos D' Agua.

We have made our apartment a true home from home for our guests in the way we have decorated and furnished with fresh, quality soft furnishings. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen,including washing machine, dishwasher, oven/hob, coffee maker etc. The bedroom has superking sized bed, which can be unzipped into two single beds, and has ample drawer and hanging space for all of your holiday clothes.

The lounge has a double and single sofa bed, 42" TV with full sky package including sports and movies.

The Balcony is furnished with rattan table and 4 chairs, also 2 comfortable recliners for sunbathing should you wish to relax around the apartment.

The lounge, kitchen and bedroom all benefit from perfect pool and ocean views, the calming ocean waves will very much become a central part of your stay here.

We have a keysafe installed to provide easy access for you to the apartment, whatever time you arrive. We’ll then provide you with a full set of keys to use during your stay which includes a key to the -4 and -6 levels which makes lift access when coming and going from the beachfront very easy too.

Why can't I call Lorraine (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lorraine (the owner) a message.

If Lorraine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
