Villa Maria is a amazing modern and peaceful villa with a private and spacious swimming pool (which can be heated for an additional 140 Euros per week/part week.)

The villa has internet access (Wi-fi) and air-conditioning throughout.

There is a fully fitted kitchen equipped with electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.

The living area has 2 comfortable sofas and dining table and chairs.

Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes.

There are 5 shower rooms (the villa does not have any baths).

Externally there are terraces and lawns around the private swimming pool and a charcoal BBQ.

There is ample parking for 3 cars and the villa is gated and completely walled.

Note: a couple of bedrooms are located in the first floor accessed via stairs.

The beautiful Maria Luisa Beach is just 15 minutes walk and a golf course just 1000 meters. Ideally located just 5 minutes walk to the fishing village of Olhos de Agua with many shops, fish market, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.

Olhos de Agua is situated between Vilamoura and Albufeira with the former about 15 mins by car and the latter just 7 to 8 mins away. The villa is a short drive from Faro Airport, not more than 35-40 mins.

Golf courses are plentiful with the nearby 9 hole Sheraton Pine Cliffs while Vilamoura boasts no less than half a dozen courses, and you have the 9 hole Balaia village golf course just 1500 meters from the house. The renowned Algarve Shopping complex in Guia is less than 15 mins by car.

All facilities of Villa Maria, including the swimming pool, are for the exclusive use of renters only.

Airport transfers can be arranged by owner.

The pool can be heated for an additional 140 Euros per week or part week.

“a home from home!”

The villa was amazing and had everything we could need for our family! As a family of 3 generations it had enough space and comfort to relax and enjoy our stay.The outdoor space was super especially for the children during the day and the adults in the evenings! We all loved the huge BBQ and dining area and certainly made full use of it! The municipal market has a great butcher and fishmonger with very reasonable prices. Intermarche is also good but we found it could be chaotic most days. Again prices were fairly reasonable. We went to the beach most days but preferred the Falaisa beach even though it was further to walk, as Olhos de Agua beach was usually packed! We did have a car but found that it wasn't really essential as everything was within walking distance. All in all a fantastic holiday and we all want to return as soon as we can.

“Perfect Stay”

This villa was everything and more than we expected. Extremely clean and very spacious for all 11 adults. Nice and private but walking distance to town for all our essentials. Helen made the stay extra special by surprising us with a birthday cake for a few of our guests. The only thing that could help with improvement is providing small essentials like salt or pepper or cooking oil to save you having to go and buy everything the moment you land. But overall an amazing stay. Would highly recommend.

Literally just back from a week stay... Stunning, modern well equipped. Great location for everything. Want to go back already. .Accidently locked ourselves out and Nuno sorted this out for us very quickly.. How do damage deposits work?
