Description

Luxury, brand new, ground floor apartment (we have two other 1 beds as well 5th floor ad 547210 & ground floor 1289564) in an excellent location for holidays providing a comfortable, homely environment for your stay. Accommodation comprises of an open plan lounge with fully fitted and equipped kitchen and doors to a private South facing decked terrace overlooking the garden and church with small sea view. Two bedrooms, one twin and one double en-suite with shower room each with wall mounted tv and dvd player. There is plenty of wardrobe and cupboard storage in the apartment and there is absolutely everything you could need for a wonderful stay. The communal swimming pool has sunbathing terraces, a separate childrens' pool, garden area and an outside lounge area with comfortable seating. The roof terrace has fabulous views of the sea, Old Town, countryside and beach beyond and has sun all day. There is secure wifi available in the apartment and also communal wifi in reception and in the pool area. All tv's in the apartments have a spare hdmi lead fitted so if guests bring an adaptor for their phone or tablet and dowload "Filmon" you can watch all UK channels :-) Guests with cars have the added bonus of the underground remote entry garage with lift access directly to the apartment floor. The apartment is suitable for all ages. Whether looking for a fun packed action holiday or a get away from it all break the location is perfect for both. Literally 2 minutes walk and you can go through the tunnel to the beach or use the lift to the beach and the same distance to the Old Town square. Just perfect!!

“Fabulous apartment”

Just returned from a 4 night stay. The apartment is lovely, spotlessly clean and everything you need to have a fabulous holiday. It’s perfectly located just a short stroll from the main square but with bars and restaurants right on your doorstep. That said it is still peaceful. Can recommend the Beach Basket restaurant just at the bottom of the hill, overlooking the beach. Maureen who handles the apartment booking is fantastic, ensuring the whole process is smooth and efficient. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends

Have stayed in the Bayview the last 4 years and I thought all the apartments were very good but I think 203 was the perfect stay . Have everything you needed . Clean. space in every room. . 2 bathrooms . Bedrooms had lots storage . Everything was modern . My favourite was the balcony . Lots of space to eat and relax . Really don’t have any faults at all .

This was our second stay at this beautiful apartment and it won't be our last! The apartment has everything you could possibly need and bringing children this time, the facilities needed for them were also provided. The old town, with loads of fantastic restaurants and beach are on your doorstep. Maureen who deals with the bookings is excellent and provides quick responses to any queries. Can't wait to return to this apartment again.

Beautiful apartment with everything you needed. The pool area was quiet and we had no problem with sunbeds. Very close to the bustling old Town which was lovely and we could get beautiful meals at very reasonable prices.

This was our first stay here, it was absolutely wonderful. From inital enquiry to our arrival, Maureen ensured it was an easy process. The apartment is located in a great position with it's clean & modern facilities. We highly recommend this apartment & will definatley go again.

Fourth stay at appt 203, don’t think we would stay anywhere else. Apartment is beautiful, fantastically equipped and with a lovely clean pool area. The location can not be beaten - bars within a 30second walk - yet so quiet inside the apartment. Can reach the main square in 2 minutes. The service from Maureen is second to none. Would also like to mention the caretaker, really pleasant and always busy keeping standards high. Friends have stayed in the 1 bedroom appt too - possibly even nicer!

Was at this apartment it was stunning and modern the kitchen was MORE then well equipped with everything that you need washing machine, fridge freezer, etc was so clean and the bed was so comfortable and thats important, the pool area is clean and safe. It's only 10 mins to the beach and the old town square with great entertainment, but your far enough away to be peaceful. I'd so recommend, Maureen was great communication with her was 1st class. Thanking you I'll be back again next year.

We stayed in Bayview 203 as a family of four for ten days. The apartment is immaculate, two bathrooms and a large terrace with sun from 10am to 8pm everyday. The owners have put huge thought into making a perfect apartment with every possible thing you would need for a perfect stay. I booked through Maureen who is the most helpful host I have ever dealt with prompt, knowledgable and very very pleasant. I would definitely recommend booking to all and plan to return very soon.
