Bungalow within easy reach of Salcombe and the coastline, sleeping four in two bedrooms.Sleeping four, 49 Cumber Close is a spacious bungalow with pleasant views of the rolling countryside towards Salcombe and Kingsbridge whilst the pretty villages of Hope Cove and Thurlestone are only a ten minute drive away. There is an open plan kitchen, living and dining room. The first bedroom has a double bed, whilst the second has three foot bunk beds with a door to the property’s garden. In addition, there is a family bathroom. Outside there is a pleasant seating area to the front of the property with a wooden bench whilst at the rear is a terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the summer sunshine. A barbeque is available. Parking available for one car nearby. 49 Cumber Close is ideal for families with young children.

Observe the plentiful wildlife in the area, including the clifftop area of Bolberry Down, visit several country houses and gardens close by or explore the nearby market town of Kingsbridge. Alternatively, drive to the National Park at Dartmoor, just 15 miles away. A perfect holiday location, with much to see and do.
