Gorgeous apartment overlooking the beautiful garden of palm trees, a much sought after location, extremely peaceful apartment on the Marina, newly refurbished everything brand new, like home away from home.

we have furnished the apartment with quality furniture and a great comfortable king size bed with an added topper for an extra good nights sleep, as we believe a comfortable bed is a must ! This bed is detachable into 2 twin beds so this 1 bedroom can cater for 2 single people also.

We have a large sofa double bed which looks out at the garden of palm trees.

the sun hits the balcony from early afternoon so you can enjoy a good meal and a glass of fabulous Portuguese wine enjoying the sun and the view.

We have all the English channels and FREE WIFI

There is no need for a car here as the beach is only 10 mins walk away through the marina, and town is also 10 mins walk away, there is a large pingo doce supermarket 2 minutes walk from the apartment and there are pubs, cafe and restaurants just 2 minutes away,these have some great music at night and serve great food.

There are 4 other restaurants near meia praia beach all within 10 mins walk overlooking the sea and reasonably priced,

there is Pizza hut on the marina and cash machine, plenty of free parking right outside across the road from the apartment.

The bus station is just across the walk over bridge which is around 6 mins walk and the railway station is about 4 mins walk.

there are no hills to climb which is a major bonus in the hot sun!

We have an English speaking manager who will advise you on places to see and other local information.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Michaela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
