A luxury Lodge on a small private site of 34 similar privately owned Lodges. The Lodge is very well equipped with 2 bathrooms, central heating, dishwasher, washer dryer and TV to lounge and all 3 bedrooms. All bedding and towels and cleaning is included in the rental price.

The Lodge has both Sea and Country views and is only 5 minutes from the South West Coastal Path and 15 minute walk to a secluded beach.

Nearby Salcombe with its harbour shops Pubs and Restaurants is a short drive (5 miles) or your can walk there via the coastal path in about an hour.

There are a two Golf Courses near by as well as two preserved Steam Railways. There are many country walks, beaches, country Pubs and a Theme Park for children with 15 miles.

Parking is provided for 1 vehicle adjacent to the Lodge, for extra vehicles there is a separate parking area on the site.

Guests are requested to to keep noise to a minimum so as not to bother neighbours. During peak season there will be families with young children on site.

You re reminded that on your day of departure are required to vacate by 10 a.m. in order that the cleaners can prepare for the next arrivals.
