This two bedroom apartment is ideally located in the very popular Ancora Resort, just a short 3 minute drive from the beautiful coved beach of Porto de Mós and a 5 minute drive from the historical centre of Lagos. To the rear of the low rise condominium, in a gated walled landscaped garden set with palm trees, you will find the swimming pool, jacuzzi and shower area.

The apartment is located on the second floor (top floor) of this very nice low rise condominium and there is a lift.

The owners have furnished the apartment to a very high standard and decorated in decorated in warm and modern tones. As soon as you walk in you are immediately impressed by the spacious open plan living room which also has a dining area and, a fully fitted kitchen to the right. The large dining table can be extended to seat 6 people and the kitchen also possess a small breakfast bar with stools for those who wish to grab a quick coffee.

The living room comes equipped with a TV and DVD/Stereo system and one of the sofas converts into a bed providing sleeping arrangements for 2 children or 1 adult (comfortably).

Sliding patio doors lead out from the lounge to large terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs and a built in BBQ for that all important al fresco dining. There is also access to the terrace from the kitchen.

The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and is large and airy with patio doors to the balcony. It has an en-suite bathroom with a bath as well as a shower over the bath.

The second bedroom is equally light and airy, with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the balcony. It has use of the second bathroom which is fitted with a shower.

Both bathrooms have tiles and fittings that are modern and bright and, both bedrooms have access to a 2nd large balcony terrace which is separate from the lounge terrace and is equipped with sunbeds for private sunbathing.

The apartment has a built in stereo system for playing music through your MP3, which can be operated in every room via a control panel in the wall.

There is also Air conditioning throughout. There is ample car parking right outside the door and for the more energetic the resort has an Olympic swimming pool surrounded by a large grassed area, umbrellas and sunbeds which guests can pay to use.

This apartment really has to be seen to be appreciated and is the ideal family property providing safe and comfortable surroundings in quiet complex close to all amenities.
