Great Marina Front-line Duplex apartment, perfectly located within the award winning 'Lagos Marina' in the stunning Western Algarve. Guests can enjoy the fantastic Marina Club Hotel swimming pool with separate children's pool, beautiful gardens surrounded by Olive trees and a plentiful supply of sun beds. There are 44 stairs before reaching the main apartment entrance door. The apartment is furnished & provides high spec accommodation including full Air-con, flat screen TV’s in lounge and fully equipped kitchen. From the lounge, patio doors open out on to a large private balcony which gets the sun most of day, overlooks the exclusive yachts mooring at this awarded Marina and town of Lagos. There is a table for 'Al fresco' dining and sun loungers for relaxing. From the apartment it is a gentle 5 minute stroll to all the waterfront restaurants & bars of this beautiful Marina. A further 5 minute stroll across the Marina footbridge takes you in to the enchanting town of Lagos, steeped in history it oozes culture and heritage; the cobbled streets are a joy to explore, beautifully lined with cafes, restaurants & shops. One of many beaches in the Lagos resort is just an 8 minute walk from the apartment with soft golden sand that stretches as far as the eye can see! This apartment offers the best of both worlds, the tranquillity setting of the Marina and, just a short stroll away, the atmospheric & lively old town of Lagos with its many bars, shops & restaurants. There is fantastic supermarket to the rear of the complex.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Luis (the owner) a message.

If Luis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
