Vivenda Suecia is a luxury 8 bedroom fully air-conditioned villa that can sleep up to 20 people, situated in the desirable area of Porto do Mos, it’s only a 750 meter walk down to the Porto do Mos beach with 2 great beach bars that are open day and night.

Vivenda Suecia sits in its own lovely private grounds with large private swimming pool 13 x 5 meters surrounded by a tropical garden (the pool can be heated for an extra fee), there’s a ping pong table and a seasonal orchard with peaches, lemons, grapes and more all for your use when available, an extensive outside kitchen is an amazing space to cater for outside dining by the pool and a games room with full size pool table and dart board in the lower level of the villa is great for kids and adults alike, there really is everything to cater for the whole family in this wonderful villa.

On entering the villa there is an hall way that opens into the main living and dining area, there are lovely large patio windows around this room that let in an abundance of light and lead out to the lovely spacious pool terrace with a covered outside entertaining area with large comfortable rattan sofas and chairs. The living room has a large flat screen smart TV with and IPTV service offering international television channels, there is wireless internet throughout the villa. In the entrance hall there is also a cloakroom with w/c and sink.

Off from the living area is the kitchen this is well equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher, patio doors lead out to a magnificent covered outside cooking and dining area, there a 2 large BBQ grills and a further 2 large American fridge freezers and a large long dining table with 14 rattan chairs around it and extra chairs and tables are available to accommodate larger parties. This lovely outside space really does make this villa very special.

Also on the ground level of the villa there are 3 bedrooms, the largest bedroom on this level is made up as a double with 2 single beds together making a super king size, there is a sofa and built in wardrobes in this suite as well as a large bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle. The second bedroom on this level is a double with a built in wardrobe and patio doors out to a side balcony, the third bedroom on the ground level is a twin bedroom with dual aspect windows and a patio door out to the side of the villa where the orchard is located and in the hall there is a bathroom with shower sink and w/c, this bathroom can also service the 2nd double room.

Upstairs there are a further 2 bedrooms, bedroom 4 is a twin bedroom with 2 single divan beds that can be pushed together, there is a built in wardrobe and a sea view from this room and a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, there is a balcony from this room with a small table and chairs to enjoy the view. The 5th bedroom also upstairs is a double room with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower built in wardrobes and a balcony , this room is very light with dual aspect windows. In the middle of these two bedrooms there is a mezzanine living area with sofas a flat screen television with a separate television service and large patio doors that lead out to a lovely terrace with outside seating and sea views.

The remaining bedrooms are located in the lower level of the villa, its been designed as a fully functional annex with 3 bedrooms, a living area and a full kitchen with oven, hob and dishwasher there is also a bathroom with a shower, w/c and vanity unit. Bedroom 6 is a twin bedroom with 2 single beds and a small free standing wardrobe, the 7th bedroom is a large room with 2 doubles and is designed for a family and can sleep 4 people, the 8th bedroom is the same, this is an internal bedroom and doesn’t have a window, it’s a very large room and also has 2 doubles that can accommodate a family or 4 children.

Also in this area is the large games room with a full size pool table and dart board and seating area, great for family games etc…

This is a villa designed to cater for large family groups the outside space is amazing and the villa itself offers everything for all the family and is a perfect villa for relaxing and enjoying family time or for special celebrations.

The villa is not available to young groups or single gender parties this is exclusive to the family market.

Porto do Mos beach is about a 10-15 minute walk from the villa, this lovely golden sandy beach with 2 beach bar / restaurants open day and night, during the summer months there is shade hire, pedalo and kayak hire are also available in the summer weeks.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
