Blue Manzara is a distinctive contemporary style private luxury villa with an extremely large terrace, infinity pool and infinity jacuzzi. It is in an elevated position offering stunning views of picturesque Kalamar Bay and the surrounding Taurus Mountains.

Blue Manzara has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and is situated in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan, a beautiful unspoilt Mediterranean style village set along the Turkish Lycian coast. The villa is situated just a 5 to 10 minute stroll from the local beach club with its restaurant and water sports facilities and a 20 minute walk from the centre of Kalkan. This exquisite, contemporary-style villa fully exploits its stunning position with undisturbed views stretching out across the bay. The fully retractable floor-to-ceiling glass doors allow the outside in and create a magnificent atmosphere of light, air and space.

“Absolutely amazing”

We went here for a family holiday and was absolutely amazing. The villa is stunning, very clean everything you need to cook etc was there, the village near by Kalkan was lovely plenty of restaurants and bars to go too. The staff that managed the villa were just such lovely people and helped us if needed it. Highly recommend staying here for a nice relaxing family holiday.

“Outstanding villa - everything we needed for the perfect holiday”

We travelled to Blue Manzara for the half term holidays with two families of 5, with children ranging from 10 to 4. All of us had the most fantastic time - the villa is finished to an amazing standard - beautiful comfortable spacious bedrooms, lovely big bathrooms with powerful showers, a huge terrace with the most incredible views. Great BBQ area, pool and jacuzzi and so many activities including the table tennis, pool table, books and games to play with. Every detail seems to have been considered so every time we thought 'we could do with one of these' - there it was in the villa. The owner Caroline was so helpful throughout the booking process and gave loads of advice on what to do and arranged our transfers for us too - nothing was too much trouble. Kalkan was full of really great restaurants (either with or without the kids) and we also enjoyed going out on the sailing boats for a day. All in all highly recommended!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
