This comfortable cottage is situated on the edge of the Devon village of Holne and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.The Stone Barn Cottage is a welcoming cottage converted from a barn on the edge of the Devon village of Holne. The cottage sleeps six people in three downstairs bedrooms, two double (one with en suite bathroom) and a twin with en suite shower room, plus another shower room. On the top floor is an open plan living space with seating area with wood burning stove, dining area and kitchen. Outside is a lawned garden with furniture and lovely views. Close to the shop and tea room and Dartmoor tors, The Stone Barn Cottage is a super place to enjoy a peaceful Devon break.

Amenities: Central heating and underfloor heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, Fridge-freezer, Oven, Hob, washer-dryer, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for three cars. Enclosed garden with barbecue. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, charge for 2nd pet. Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: On the southeastern slopes of Dartmoor is the pretty village of Holne, with its 13th century church and Community Shop & Tearoom.
