Description

The beautiful kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, automatic washer, iron and ironing board. Each bedroom has an individual safe. The villas lounge or dining area features a marble fireplace with a log burning stove. Villa Matcar is well furnished with plenty of comfortable sofas and chairs and 42" a flat screen digital TV. The villa has a stereo Radio, CD player, and DVD player with a nice selection of films. Step out of the large french doors in the lounge into a covered terraced area. There are free standing variable speed fans to keep cool. The patio has a dining table and chairs and a tennis table. This covered area leads on to well tended gardens and which wind down to a large rectangular filtered pool surrounded by extensive sun terraces, a fresh water shower and W.C. There is a covered barbecue area overlooking the pool with a dining table, chairs and fridge.

On booking the villa there is a 20% deposit to pay by bank transfer, the remaining balance is to be paid 8 weeks before departure.There is also a £200.00 returnable villa security bond to pay on final payment.

Villa Matcar with heated pool has an ideal location within walking distance of Guia village. Guia comes with some highly recommended restaurants and bars for a fun day or night out! There are numerous local shops offering a wide variety of locally produced goods and a well stocked supermarket close by.

Villa Matcar is approximately ¼ mile from the main N125 motorway, with easy access to the whole of the Algarve. The villa is surrounded by beautiful open countryside with spectacular views and is ideally situated for a peaceful holiday. It is within easy reach of beaches, entertainment and sports. The popular Algarve shopping centre is approximately ¼ mile away. The shopping centre has a family friendly multi-screen cinema showing all the latest international films, a bowling alley, 32 restaurants and bars and numerous fashion, perfume, and sporting good shops. The Algarve's most popular tourist resort of Albufeira is only five miles away. Local golf courses are also approximately two miles from the villa.

“Villa Matcar”

Villa Matcar was perfect and everything we needed for our first holiday as a family of four. The Villa was very child friendly and the pool area was perfect for them! The villa was spacious and very comfortable, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We are very familiar with the area and have been going to Portugal for many years, this was the first time we used one of Joes Villas and we will definitely be returning!

My family and I would thoroughly recommend this villa. It is situated in a beautiful location with stunning views. The villa itself has everything you require for a comfortable stay and the owner could not have been more helpful. The heated swimming pool was a huge hit with our children. The villa is a short walk away from a large shopping complex and other amenities. It is also a short walk away from a variety of restaurants and bars. We would love to return to this villa in the future.

We spent 3 months at villa Matcar (April - June). During this time we enjoyed the magnificent views & surrounding countryside of the area. We had several guests staying with us during this time & all enjoyed staying at the villa. Joe & Carol were fantastic 'Landlords', & could not have been more helpful to us. The welcome pack was well recived, plus the bottle of wine which was sampled on our 22.30 Arrival. We would recommend Villa Matcar to anyone wishing to have a relaxing break.
