This villa is composed of 4 bedrooms, private pool, BBQ and a complete games room. Situated in a quiet area with no passing cars and just a short distance away from the beach and all the amenities such as restaurants, bars and a supermarket. It is fully equipped to help you to enjoy your time here with all the comfort.
All areas of this house are bright and airy. The rooms are composed as follows:
• Ground Floor - Bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom;
• Ground floor – Bedroom with 2 twin beds;
• 1st Floor - Bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom;
• 1st Floor - Bedroom with 2 twin beds and private bathroom;
All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
The villa has at your disposal a fully equipped and organized kitchen with a breakfast area, so you can cook the most varied delicacies for family and friends. The kitchen has direct access to the BBQ and outdoor dining area.
The living room has 2 three-seater sofas, a fireplace, air conditioning, TV with cable channels. Free Wi-Fi in all areas.
The basement is a big games room with plenty of entertainment for everyone, including a snooker table, ping-pong table, table football, darts and even a basket hoop outside.
The exterior of the villa is quite ample, when coupled with the just 200 meters distance to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, it becomes ideal for families or groups who enjoy not having to touch a car at all.
The pool is of standard dimensions with 8 meters long by 4 meters wide, varying between 1 meter and 2 meters deep. In the pool area, you have sun loungers to enjoy the wonderful sunshine.The lower level with a super private swimming pool. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline.
The back of the house has a private area, with a charcoal B.B.Q. and an outdoor table for 8+ persons, with easy access to the kitchen, protected by a wooden pergola with a transparent roof sheet which will allow you to enjoy al fresco dining even when the weather is not the best.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
