From the manager

Attractive, three bedroom villa situated in the small village of Sesmarias / Carvoeiro in the Western Algarve. This is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The property has been impeccably furnished and the beautifully appointed villa enjoys a tranquil location. There is a spacious private pool and comfortable outdoor furniture. The perfect choice for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

Ground floor: The villa has an impressive entrance hall with marble staircase leading to the first floor. The tiled hallway leads to the dining room and living room. Both rooms are fitted out to a very high standard. Patio doors lead out from both the dining room and living room onto the sun terrace were a shaded seating area can be found.

A very well set out kitchen area comes equipped with everything you would expect in a family kitchen to have. Leading off from the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities and a pantry for additional storage including 2 fridges to keep everything cool.

Also available in the villa: high-speed wifi internet connection, IPTV ,DVD, Surround Sound system, CD player, alarm system and safe.

Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. Both rooms have twin beds. There are TV facilities, dressing tables, generous wardrobes and storage space to both rooms. A family size bathroom can also be found on the ground floor with both shower and bath facilities available.



First floor: On the first floor you will find the spacious master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and a sun terrace. The room is adequately fitted out with wardrobe and storage space and a comfortable king-size bed being the focal point. The master bedroom leads out onto a sun terrace which overlooks the private swimming pool at the rear of the villa.

Outside: A beautiful, private swimming pool area is situated just below the gated sun terrace leading from the rear of the villa surrounded by a walled garden. Next to the pool there are various sun beds and loungers, a swinging hammock and a soft seating and table area for six. There is also an outside shower for use before and after using the pool. A purpose built BBQ is situated to the side of the villa next to the pool area.

There are facilities here for cooking and cleaning; again everything to enjoy the outdoor life.

Excellent Villa, would stay again.

The villa was nice and had everything you need. Pool was excellent. Bedrooms had A/C and had loads of storage for clothes etc. if I had to put anything negative it would be more oven trays.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
