Description

Gamekeeper is one of the most popular properties on the Portnellan Estate. With breath taking views to the East I often see people taking in the amazing sunrise from their private balcony.

With a spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area the property benefits from large double glazed windows leading to a private patio with garden furniture, offering unrestricted East facing views over Glen Dochart, the river, Loch Iuibhair (pronounced Ewar) and the surrounding mountains. A truly magnificent Highland setting and a view that will be hard to beat from a self catering holiday property in Scotland.

With all the comforts from home (and more) the Gamekeeper is equipped to a 4 star standard with a king size double bed in the master bedroom and large single beds in both twin bedrooms with separate bathroom, bath with shower over.

4 star treats include soft Egyptian cotton bed linen and white fluffy towels. We pride ourselves on the comfort of our beds. A holiday would

Location description from owner

The Scotland region

The Centre of Everywhere but the Middle of Nowhere is the best way to describe Portnellan's location. With easy access to the stunning and picturesque West Coast of Scotland. Very mountainous with deep lochs and steep glens. Although the wilderness is all around you the bustle of interesting Scottish towns and cities is within an easy commute by car, rail and bus.
