Villa Quinta Verde

Villa Quinta Verde is a very beautiful villa with a spectacular view of the ocean, located in the beautiful countryside near the small fishing village of Benagil and Carvoeiro. A long driveway leads you to this impressive villa near Praia da Marinha beach. Because the house is a bit higher, you have a fantastic views.

Villa Quinta Verde was completely renovated in 2023. For example, a beautiful new kitchen has been installed with a Bora extraction system and Siemens built-in appliances and the entire house has been fitted with light gray floor tiles. The whole house is also equipped with new furnishings. (new chairs, tables, sofa, beds, new fitted wardrobes, etc). To cool the villa in the summer and heat it in the winter, air conditioning has been installed in the bedrooms and the living room.

The terrace on the side of the living room and kitchen is perfect for enjoying a book and a cold drink. You will also find a built-in barbecue here to prepare meat and vegetables and enjoy outdoor meals. Perhaps evenings are the best. It is fantastic to enjoy a drink and good company here in the evening, while enjoying the beautiful starry sky and the reflection of the moon on the sea a little further away.

The beautiful garden is landscaped with Mediterranean trees, flowers and plants. In the garden you will find a large, heatable swimming pool (12 x 5 meters) with an outdoor shower. The swimming pool is equipped with a swimming pool deck with plastic slats that allow the water to warm up under the influence of the sun. In addition, a heating pump has been installed to keep the temperature of the water pleasant even in the colder months. (pool heating is on request and at extra cost). There are sunloungers around the pool to relax.

You can enjoy total privacy while being close to nearby towns such as Benagil and Carvoeiro and within walking distance of the beautiful Praia da Marinha beach. For tennis enthusiasts, there are two local tennis courts just a 5 minute drive away, and golf enthusiasts can enjoy several golf courses in the area. Villa Quinta Verde has all the ingredients for a perfect holiday in the Algarve.

Interior: On the ground level of the villa, you will find a large well equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine, dryer and fridge/freezer, an extra guest toilet. The open living/dining area is has a dining table with 6 chairs, fire place, tv with international channels and a bluetoothspeaker.

Patio door leads you to the covered terrace with nice ocean views.

Exterior: Villa Quinta Verde has very well maintained and established gardens with nice flowers and trees. The covered terrace has a nice table and chairs to enjoy your lunch and dinner, and has a built-in BBQ. The views are stunning. With a few steps you enter the pool area with outside shower, sun lounges and umbrellas to enjoy sun and shade!

Villa Quinta Verde is located just north of beautiful Praia da Marinha, the best beach of the world, ideal for cliff walks, with fantastic ocean views and best sight of the coast. The beach is small, but very nice and has a nice beach bar for a drink or some food.

The charming fishing village of Benagil is renowned for its natural beauty and offers peaceful and picturesque surroundings, conspicuous for its quaint farmhouses, rolling hills and pine trees. Villa Quinta Verde is only a few minutes away from Benagil where you can enjoy a relaxed countryside location yet still be close to the many beautiful sandy beaches in the area including Praia da Marinha, Benagil and Albandeira, some of which are still used by local fishermen. Scattered amongst its rustic setting, Benagil offers a number of excellent restaurants serving international cuisine and the local catch of the day.

Beyond the delights of relaxed dining, nightlife is low key but just a 10 minutes drive away and you will find the neighbouring town of Carvoeiro with its bustling town square surrounded by shops, bars and lots of restaurants to choose from.

The rocky coastline is home to fascinating grottoes and secluded sandy coves and is an ideal location for exploring the many sightseeing opportunities the Algarve has to offer.
