GaliaHomes invites you to stay in this large family villa which is situated within walking distance to Carvoeiro center and the beaches. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor: a bedroom with double bed and en-suite cloak room and a bedroom with two single beds. The bedrooms share shower room. The windows from both bedrooms open into the garden. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and TV is on the first floor. Sliding doors open off to the large sun terrace where you will find table and chairs to enjoy beautiful views of the sea and the garden. There is a spacious sitting/dining room on the ground floor. Sliding doors open off to the large sun terrace with outside furniture and stunning views of the gardens and the sea. There are two more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, sitting room with TV and smaller kitchen on the lower ground floor. Sliding doors are opening from the sitting room on to the pool area and the garden. Kitchen is fitted with electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, toaster and kettle. Free WI-FI, free Sky and Portuguese channels in all TVs, plenty of books, quite a few games, CD player, DVD player and radio. Very large beautiful garden with lawns. Large private pool 4X8 meters with proper steps on the shallow side (can be heated at extra charge). Shallow side 1m, deep side 2,1 m. BBQ area with tables and chairs, shaded terraces and plenty of sun beds, umbrellas around the pool. Roof terrace for private sun bathing. Private parking. The Villa is available as a 3 or 5 bedroom villa. The 3 bedroom sleeps up to 6 while with the adjoining self contained apartment on the lower ground floor sleeps an additional four. July and August the villa is only available as a 5 bedroom property. At other times it is available either as 3 or 5 bedroom property.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
