Modern 2 bedroom top floor apartment fully fitted with air conditioning and heating throughout, with two large roof terraces and a balcony, all with spectacular, panoramic views of the sea and countryside.

WI-FI is free and unlimited.

This beautifully furnished apartment consists of an open-plan living and dining area, modern and fully equipped kitchen with balcony, 2 spacious bedrooms, (1 double and 1 twin) with fitted wardrobes, 1 bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. The living area features sliding patio doors that lead to a large roof terrace (1) complete with tables and chairs and permanent BBQ area. Another large roof terrace (2) is accessed from the BBQ area. The apartment comes with a large swimming pool set in landscaped gardens. The Cabanas area offers a great choice of golf courses and three of the finest Algarvian courses (2 x 18 holes) are Quinta da Ria, Quinta da Cima and an 18 hole at Benamor which is within walking distance from the apartment.

Von dem Moment an, als Sie in unserer Wohnung ankamen, schienen Sie darauf bedacht zu sein, Ärger zu verursachen. Ich hatte nie das Pech, solche unhöflichen, ekligen, gruseligen Menschen wie euch zu treffen. Wie Sie wissen, war der Grund, warum Vodafone Ihre WIFI-Verbindung unterbrochen hat, dass Sie erwischt wurden und der Polizei gemeldet wurden, illegales, illegales Material über die Internet-IP-Adresse herunterzuladen. Was deine anderen Kommentare betrifft, sind sie völlig unwahr und wurden offensichtlich geschrieben, um Ärger zu verursachen, ich verstehe nicht warum? Erwähne den Krieg nicht. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mark (the owner) a message.

If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
