Due to Covid extra cleaning we are having to block off an additional night between bookings, and therefore we may have to add a surcharge for bookings less than 7 nights. (because a 4 night booking costs us 6 nights).

For bookings under 400 euros may also be subject to a contribution towards agent's costs 140 euros per booking, capped at 400 euros maximum, added manually after quote, and requoted back.

2 bed apartment (4 bed spaces, and a cot) 400m from magnificent sandy beach, 3min walk to Burgau village centre - with its ancient Portuguese charm, restaurants and individual shops. Adjacent undeveloped national park with coastal walks. This modern 'end of terrace' top/1st floor, 2 bath, air conditioned apartment has lovely views over Burgau; the country and the sea - with roof terrace, and large terrace-balcony to all bedrooms and living room. Free access to exclusive swimming pool, and lawned gardens overlooking the sea. Quiet position with no passing traffic, ideal for couples and families alike. Meet and greet service. We offer a high standard of service, and furnishings are to a high standard too, good mattress - not soft or spongy. Location is particularly advantageous. We aim to provide a professional service for complete satisfaction and repeat bookings. WIFI included, as well as international TV by internet. (eg BBC/ITV).

I am glad all our efforts to present the apartment well were appreciated and that you were pleased with your choice of accommodation. Being right at the end, with no one above, the scope for noisy neighbours is less than most other apartments. However, it isn't something we have recognised ourselves as being an issue, but maybe you were unlucky with some nearby visitors? (Generally, these apartments attract more sophisticated guests, who appreciate quiet and relaxation). From our invoices it looks like there was a problem with a door handle or door, but as you suggest it appears to have been fixed with minimal delay. Having just visited in glorious sunshine - November - it never fails to impress how lucky we are to have this apartment - and we are very pleased to share with others. You would always be very welcome another time! Thanks again for your booking....

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elizabeth (the owner) a message.

If Elizabeth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
