Sea View Lodge at Riviera Bay Holiday Park is a prestige and stylish, two bedroom, luxurious lodge with amazing sea views looking out to St Mary's Bay and Sharkham point.

This is an ideal place to come for a quiet and relaxing time, family holiday or walking holiday taking in the beautiful sites of the English Riviera.

Sea view lodge is truly luxurious with double glazing and gas central heating in all rooms, plus two patio doors giving access on to the decking area from the lounge and dining room, offering wonderful views out to sea.

The accommodation comprises:

. En-suite master bedroom - with double bed ,TV, two wardrobes and dressing table. The En-suite has a bath with shower over, a WC and sink

. Bedroom two - with twin beds, wardrobe, side table and door leading into the main shower room

. Family shower room - with extra-large shower cubicle, WC, sink and Jack and Jill style doors, enabling the shower room to form an en-suite with the twin bedroom

. Kitchen - open plan and fully fitted, with five ring gas burner, built-in oven, dishwasher, microwave, Tassamo coffee machine, fridge freezer, a variety of kitchen utensils and plenty of cupboards for storage

. Open plan dining room - with a four seat dinning table

. Open plan lounge - with a 55" TV, DVD player, two seat sofa and three seat sofa

. Utility room - containing a washing machine and sink, iron, ironing board, clothes airier, mop and bucket

Sea View Lodge comes with two numbered parking bays, which are set in a row of six parking bays just a few feet away from the lodge.

Gas, electric, bed linen and towels are included in the price of your stay along with Wi-Fi.

The lodge is available for full weeks or part weeks. The arrival and departure date can be amended to suit your needs, depending on availability.

Location

Riviera Bay Holiday Park has undergone a transformation in 2020. The chalets have been completely removed and in their place will be luxury lodges. Our lodge is situated at the top part of the park that has already been redeveloped.

Due to the refurbishment there are no direct facilities at Riviera Bay, making this a peaceful and relaxing place to stay.

Guests at Riviera Bay are welcome to use the facilities at Landscove Holiday Park, which is a 10 - 15 minute walk from Riviera Bay. Facilities at Landscove include an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, restaurant, shop, bar and club with entertainment.

Passes for Landscove are not included in the price. These can be purchased from Landscove.

(No facility's are available at Landscove from 31st October - 1 March)

Riviera Bay has direct access to the Coastal Path, where you can take a walk to St Mary's Bay or Berry Head.

Berry Head is a coastal headland that forms the southern boundary of Tor Bay. Berry Head is a national and local nature reserve.

St Mary's Bay is a sand shingle beach, which is accessed via a set of steps.

Local bus - The local bus stops just outside the main entrance to Riviera Bay and will take you into Brixham. From Brixham there are bus services available to take you further afield.

Brixham is an ideal place to stay, with plenty of beautiful coastal locations to visit.

Plenty of adventures can be had in Devon, with lots of places to visit like Splashdown Water Park in Paignton and Woodlands Family Theme Park in Dartmouth.

Check in on day of arrival is from 15:00pm. Check out is by 10:00am

Why can't I call Ivonne (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Ivonne (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ivonne (the owner) a message.

If Ivonne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
