Rent a luxury villa in Carvoeiro - Algarve

Villa Mouraria is a 7 bedroom villa which is located in Carvoeiro, part of the west Algarve, Portugal.

This magnificent, imposing Moorish-style villa is situated in a residential area just outside Carvoeiro and is only about 800 metres from the beach. Villa Mouraria has its own beautiful swimming pool with Jacuzzi/children's pool and a private tennis court. There is a further choice of beaches just a short drive away, together with a vast selection of bars, restaurants and clubs in Carvoeiro itself. Main shopping is at a large supermarket just outside the town. Golfers can play at two 18-hole courses, Pinta and Gramacho, both only a short drive from the villa.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
