Well maintained three bed holiday home in gated community overlooking the River Erne/Lough Dooley

The space

Our house is a modern three bed Scandinavian style property in a gated community close to Belturbet town. It has direct access to Lough Dooley (on the River Erne).

We have recently refurbished the house so you will find it in good clean and well maintained condition. It has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and a separate tumble dryer.

The main room has a wall of glass that faces eastwards over the Lough. You can watch the sun rise in the morning, and the evening sun makes the other side of the river glow. Ireland gets up to 18 hours of sunlight in the height of summer.

Our house has a private deck that opens on to a communal lawn. As parents of three young children we enjoy spending quality family time here without the distraction of tv or WiFi. A great escape from city life.

Our children enjoy playing games, reading, swimming in the river and playing with children in neighbouring houses. They spend time outdoors being inquisitive about nature.

Guest access

Guests have access to the Riverrun grounds and can use Lough Dooley for water activities.

“Idyllic and relaxing, the (absolutely) perfect Get-Away”

We loved this place, it's wonderful. Now... if you want bright lights and 'big city', maybe it's not for you (yet). But, if you want peace and quiet, amazing views, a little tranquillity - then this is the place. It's a short walk to the local village, and a short drive to the nearest town. The people around were friendly and welcoming, the house is perfectly equipped and the location is... spectacular. It's truly wonderful and we hope to be back soon. On a practical note, the owner was great too - good communication, knowledgeable and helpful. Really, the place is prefect - we had an amazing stay.

Beautiful clean and well decorated property and all facilities supplied. Overlooking the river and great for fishing. Only down side was the lack of signal from WiFi.

We were very happy with this house. It was beautifully clean and furnished. Very comfortable. Highly recommend this for a small family.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
