Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“A Wonderful Place to Stay” Our party included 6 adults, 2 couples in each bedroom. Setting the booking with Simon was a very easy process, great communication throughout. Upon arrival, Geraldine and Simon met us with an assortment of scones, breads, juice and milk, and had the teapot ready. Very welcome after a long overnight journey from the US.
The property is easily within walking distance of O'Connell Street and other centralised Dublin popular spots. Geraldine recommended some wonderful pubs for us to visit. We also were able to walk to the areas where we picked up day tour buses to take us to other parts of the country. A Tesco grocery store is nearby as well as many butcher shops and open market stalls along Moore Street, which was wonderful for cooking meals in the great kitchen this property has. They provide a nice walking map to help visitors initially navigate the streets to walk into town; but we quickly found some shorter alternate routes..
Area is very quiet and you definitely get a flavor for living in a Dublin neighborhood, which we enjoyed! Rooms, linens, towels, kitchen supplies are all excellent. Everything is here to make your stay complete.
Property has a lot of information about what to do/see in the area. Geraldine and Simon are more than willing to answer any questions. They also pointed us to resources to arrange our transportation to/from the airport.
While we didn't have any children in our party, the accommodation is kid-friendly!
We highly recommend staying here if you're headed for Dublin.
