“Well worth a five rating” In totally honesty, this was a fantastic place to stay. Sea view of Clare Island alone was worth it. Location fantastic, peaceful surroundings yet minutes from the village which has good restaurants and an excellent chippy. We were a party of 8 adults, 1 child and Kobe our dog. After a long drive and very tired, arriving at the property and still having to cook 9 steaks for dinner, I was dreading the thought… but great kitchen facilities, the double ovens really helped immensely! Accommodation spotlessly clean. Nice comfortable beds. I have had welcome gift packs, in many places in the past but Eammon’s goodie box lasted us for the whole trip…supplied with popcorn, bombay mix, sweets, hot chocolate and loads of other treats, thanks for spoiling us…you really made us feel welcome.

“Breathtaking view!” We stayed in the Penthouse apartment, which has a gorgeous panoramic view from all the rooms of the sea. The service is simple, but perfect; it was warm, everything worked, it was clean, the beds were big and really comfy. We loved it. Salthill itself is a 25 min walk from central Galway - along the seafront - but if you're feeling lazy there's loads of taxis and buses. Would definitely go back.

“The perfect house for a (big) family get away!!!” I stayed here in July 2018 with my husband and our family. We had 8 adults of varying ages (35 - 70) and 6 kids staying with us. The house is simply amazing - it has everything you could ask for and really is a home away from home - we brought things from our own home which we did not need to unpack as Annemarie & Michael really have thought of everything - from extra mattresses to welcoming baskets of toiletries and basic food essentials. The hand written welcome card with wine and goodies was an extra special touch. The house was spotless and everyone having their own en-suite bathroom was a godsend. The pictures really do not do the scale of the property justice. The kitchen/diner was the focal point of most of our holiday either sharing meals or relaxing at night around the huge kitchen table playing games. Unusually for us in Ireland we got a week of amazing sunshine and made full use of the BBQ and outdoor furniture. It is extremely spacious, modern and the gardens are huge enough for us to allow our kids to wander around and around and play as much as they want without us worrying as the property is safe and secure. The kids (aged 3 - 12) enjoyed the animals in neighbouring fields and the rabbits running around the garden. The location is amazing and there are loads of shops and bars in Crossmolina itself and it is only a short drive from Ballina. We usually try to get away once a year as a family to Mayo and have done so for the past 10 years or so staying in various different areas such as Belmullet, Westport and in Ballina. We would not event think of staying anywhere else in Mayo after our trip to this property last year - it is within range of Westport, Enniscrone Beach, Castlebar. We loved it so much we have booked to stay there again this year in July. Dealing with Annemarie and Michael has been a pleasure from the start and their guidance, advice and instructions and directions have been amazing. Their personal touch made the experience all the more special. If you are thinking of booking this property just do it - you will not be disappointed. This is how a holiday home should be run - keep up the brilliant work and we will hopefully be back numerous times over the coming years.

“Wonderful holiday in this quaint charming cottage” Situated in the village with a short drive to Traught beach, a beautiful blank sandy beach on the wild Atlantic way. The cottage had everything we needed and the kids loved it. We had a fantastic time and Michael the owner was wonderful and so accommodating. We would definitely visit again.

“Super Apartment” A super apartment in a great location right on the waterfront,Cliff could not have been more accommoodating, there was even a box of toys available for our two boys to play with during the stay! Would definitely stay here again!
