Located in the heart of Albufeira, this large villa is ideal for families or large groups that are looking for a quiet setting with excellent entertainment space.

All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.

Property is a short drive to Pinecliffs, Gale, and Guia (where Algarve shopping is located with large supermarket, many shops supplying clothes, shoes, sports equipment, and large cinema with all the latest releases in English) and 25 min drive to Quinta do Lago. The property is surrounded by the best golf courses, lovely restaurants, supermarket is approx 0.5 km away (large supermarket that houses most essential items).

A wide range of sports facilities are available in Albufeira including golf courses, tennis and water sports.

The living room features comfortable sofas with seating for 8 guests and the dining room also seats 6 though the table can be extended. The outside dining area has further chairs that can be used either inside or outside to accommodate larger groups. Kitchen/ Living Area: Fully fitted kitchen including electric hob and oven, large fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, washing machine, microwave, TV with many English channels, dining table and chairs. Cutlery, plates and cooking utensils are provided. Double patio doors to outside dining terrace overlooking the swimming pool which features a dining table and chairs to seat 8.

You can have a relaxing family holiday or a day of golf, sightseeing, activities on the beach or just relaxing by the pool with a glass of local wine. The Algarve Shopping Centre with its numerous shops, cinemas and restaurants is only 20 mins drive away.

BBQ is easily accessible beside the main sliding doors that lead to the swimming pool. Villa Colum is ideal for any social event. It is close to Villa Century, Casa Juliana, Villa Sete for large groups that wish to be close to each other.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
