Now available for the 2019 summer season , this spacious well equipped linked 3 floored villa is located in a small development of only 12 villas, with gated security entrance and located at the end of a small cul-de-sac and only 300 meters from the old town, This end villa with air-con available and its own private pool as no passing traffic and as spectacular views over the Albufeira countryside and is only a few minutes walk into the centre of the old town with its famous fisherman's beach and small pedestrian streets full of bars, restaurants, shops and wonderful night-life with live bands as well as disco bars,

This wonderful property is perfect for family and friends alike and is totally equipped for a wonderful holiday,

The villa will sleep a maximum of 8 adults and 2 small children on sofa or z-beds,

The villas as a terrace at the front of the villa and also a small garden area to the side and back as well as balconies off the lounge , didning area , and bedrooms,

The villa as one double bedroom on the ground floor with a full bathroom next door, the fully fitted and equipped kitchen is alo on the ground floor as well as a large lounge with dining room table and chairs,

The villa also as a sateliite system and internet and air-con is included from the 15/07 - 31/08 and an option for all other dates of 150 € per week and must be pre-booked,

On the basement floor there is also an apartment which as 1 double bed in the lounge and a another double bedroom and bathroom and a small kitchen,

The first floor as two further bedrooms, both with double beds and en-suite bathrooms,

Please note: there is a 500 Gbp damage deposit to be pre-paid or paid on arrival.

When groups, the damage deposit is 150 € each if less than 25 years old and 100 € each if over 25 years old and can be pre-paid or paid on arrival, ( no cards ).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
