I'm so pleased you had a good time at Duck Cottage. No WIFI is an issue for some, but for many, it is an opportunity for some peace and quiet, and nowadays most people have phones and tablets that access the internet independently. For now, I hope guests bring with them the essential connectivity they need, and a desire to take it easy and relax for a week or so without the pressures and hassles of being online and on call.....

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our cottage we are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay. Since the first terrible review was received we have started to contact previous guests to try and give a more 'balanced' view of our cottage. Unfortunately many of our lovely guests do not have a face book account or do not want to sign up for trip advisor. These are the only options for uploading a review which is very disappointing and limiting. It worth checking the other reviews posted by the guests who wrote the terrible review. They disagree most of the time with the general opinion of the service or facility they are reviewing.
