Drive into your own allocated car parking space and take the lift up to Flat 5. Enter the hall of the apartment from which are the doors to all the bedrooms and lounge area:

The large lounge and diner contains a large very comfortable corner settee, 40 " Flat Screen and plenty of games and DVDs for your entertainment. There is a large dining table and chairs for 6 people and the kitchen contains everything you need for a perfect stay including a dishwasher, microwave, dual oven and washer/drier.

There are 3 French doors from the lounge onto the large balcony where you will find stylish and comfortable rattan furniture for 6 people to sit and enjoy the spectacular views of the Harbour and North Beach bay.

Focusing on comfort in the 3 bedrooms, we have chosen Sealy beds, Mitre & Hall duvets and crisp Egyptian cotton linen, making sure everyone has a good night's sleep. Each bedroom has its' own en-suite bathroom and bed linen and towels are provided for you. Please bring your own beach towels.

For our youngest guests, there is a white cot and cot mattress provided in adjoining room to Master Bedroom. Cot sheets provided. Please provide own blankets, etc... for baby.

There is also a handy room for storage of your cases and beach gear.

There is secure parking in the downstairs car park with lift access to apartment from car park and ground floor level.

No adaptations for wheelchair users however apartment has level access from the lift into the apartment. The balcony off the main living space requires the user to step up onto it, however the apartment is very spacious with a family bathroom. "A beautiful apartment in a prime location with a panoramic view of pretty tenby"

5 court house is a beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. We had a wonderful New Years break in the apartment with our two sons and their grandparents. The cot room was a great addition and was perfect for our 7 month old. The apartment is finished and furnished to a very high standard. The owners were extremely helpful throughout booking and during our stay.

"Great Location & View"

We spent a week at 5 Court House for Christmas 2014. In total there was 6 of us staying in the flat which had plenty of room, we hosted Christmas dinner for 9 people with ease.
The parking and facilities are very good and the view and location for a short walk into the town and beach along with Tenby's many restaurants is excellent.

We would definitely like to return and would recommend to anybody.

"A stylish & comfortable property"

A spacious & very comfortable apartment in a prominent position on the sea front with spectacular views over the bay. Tenby is a very attractive seaside town with plenty of options for eating out.
Leading up to & during our stay the owner/manager was very helpful and attentive when required.
I would highly recommend this property.

"Spacious, comfortable flat with fantastic view and terrace"

5 Court House is a fabulous, very comfortable and spacious flat.
The large terrace is fantastic, with morning sun and great harbour / sea views. There was always lots to look at.
The secure underground carpark,with lift access to the flat, is a real bonus.
Location is excellent with easy access to town without being too close to the evening 'action' and potential noise.
Sue has been very helpful and professional during the booking process and with pre arrival information etc.
I can't think of any negatives! We had a great holiday.

"Fabulous apartment in a perfect location. Stunning."

The apartment is wonderfully decorated and furnished - very comfortable for a holiday.
We really felt (or wished!) we were at home.

The ultimate feature is the balcony/terrace - providing a simply beautiful view of the harbour and north beach cliffs. You could sit there all day and night just enjoying the view - and it was huge!

The underground car parking was also a lovely bonus.

I would recommend this apartment without hesitation and will hopefully be returning for another stay ourselves. It is also extremely quiet - great for light sleepers - while been a 5min walk to nicest areas of Tenby, the shopping streets, restaurants and harbour.

One of our group also requires a step free environment and the apartment was ideal - lift access straight to the flat from street level and the underground carpark and one room with a walk-in shower (the other 2 were showers over bath). There is one step on to the terrace area.

"Amazing!"

We had the pleasure of staying at 5 Court House for a week in August 2014.
The owners had been so helpful on the run up to our visit with a very comprehensive joining pack including recommended places to visit and eat at nearby.
When we arrived at the property we were completely blown away. The building is quite new and has been fitted out to such a high standard. There was everything we could possibly need and more.
It has 3 very large bedrooms, all en suite.
It also has the most amazing balcony with stunning views of the sea and Pembrokeshire coastline. The outdoor furniture is very comfortable and I would have happily sat there all day had it not been for a bit of dodgy weather or my children wanting to visit the beach whenever we could. We also had a great view of the lifeboat station and were able to see the lifeboat being launched and winched back in which was an experience.
The location of the property couldn't be better. It is across a minor road from the steps down to the North Beach and at the end of the high street so we could get to the restaurants and shops in no time at all.
There is underground parking which makes it very convenient.
I really cannot rate the property highly enough and we will definitely be back as soon as we can.

"5 star accommodation and best location in Tenby"

"Very special."

We having been visiting Tenby for decades and it has always been one of our favourite places. This year was particularly special. Our apartment was simply amazing and ideal for our type of holiday. Every detail had been thought through and the apartment is very well equipped. We all felt that the terrace added that something extra to the holiday and we would sit there as a family in the evening enjoying a glass of wine or two and watching the tide come into the harbour. Magical.

"The apartment and the views are everything you could wish for"

Very high spec through out the apartment, layout of the bedrooms is perfect, kitchen had everything we needed.

We loved the French windows onto the balcony, the week we stayed the weather was perfect and we were able to make full use of the outside space.

A great advantage was having a parking space in the underground car park.

Easy access on foot to the local shops, pubs and restaurants particularly the pasty shop and the coffee shops for afternoon tea.

We will definitely be going back, it was our first time in Tenby and we just loved it.

"Stunning views of tenby"

Stunning views of Tenby both north beach and Tenby itself.
The apartment made you feel very secure with the underground secure parking, lift up to the apartment.

A lovely apartment with well thought out rooms/ layout, the main living space was lovely with 3 French doors opening out onto the balcony with the amazing views, we had these open all the time and listening to the sea was very relaxing, the front side was on a quite road but the back of the property, the road sounded like a bit of a race track but the double glazed windows blocked a lot of the noise out, we had the windows open from dawn to dusk as it was a very hot week when we were there which made the apartment very hot and stuffy

Very comfy beds, lovely appliances in the kitchen, well stocked with every kitchen item you need the only thing I would say is the sofas weren't that comfy.

Tenby itself was a lovely place with lovely quint shops, found a brilliant ice cream place just down from the bookshop with all sorts of different flavours, park road fish and chip shop was very nice, huge portions but the staff aren't very friendly and were quite rude.

My dad got food poisoning from The Moorings so if you go there be careful of the seafood and my husband got food poisoning from a little sandwich shop that has all the baguettes and sandwiches in the window, so be careful the as well.

Other than 5 out of 6 of us being ill while staying in Tenby, it was still a lovely place and won't stop us staying there again

I haven't had any other guests mention the noise at the back of the apartment and nor have we noticed it ourselves, but I am sorry if it affected your stay. We find opening the 4 French doors off the balcony circulates a lovely sea breeze into the apartment. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future.
