It is located in Clareston Road just 200 yards from the Historic Town Walls and a short walk from Sainsbury's Supermarket and beaches. There is on street parking outside with close proximity to the multi storey car park.

Sorry, but no pets or smokers. Linen is not provided so please bring pillow cases, duvet covers and towels. There are new pillows, duvets and deluxe mattresses. Gas central heating and electricity are included within the holiday letting rental price.

The ‘change over’ day is a Saturday. The property must be vacated by 10:00 on ‘change over’ day and takeover is from 15:00.

By Road - From the East, follow M4 to Junction 49, at roundabout take 2nd exit onto A48 towards Carmarthen. At Carmarthen roundabout follow A40 to St Clears (approx 10 miles), then take the A477 for Tenby.The house is situated in the centre of Tenby itself, only 200m from the Town centre and 200m from the sea front, but in residential street.
By Rail - The train takes you to the centre of Tenby and the house is only 100 metres.

Myself and husband and our extended family (including little ones) stayed at Pennines and were thoroughly happy with the whole experience: a clean and modern property with good facilities; advantages include separate loos and bedrooms with vanity units, comfy beds and bedding and the attic room provided a quiet spot for us too! The living area is a little cramped when you pull the dining table out but this was only temporary and we much preferred having somewhere to sit to eat than not, so not a problem. We were very lucky with the weather and made the most of the lovely sun terrace and of course beautiful Tenby itself. Proximity to the beach and town are second to none; we were fortunate enough to have parked the car on-street for the week and took full advantage of the wonderful weather we were blessed with! Many thanks to the owners overall; we all had a lovely holiday staying at Pennines, and for providing mobile numbers for queries (which we didn't need) Good value for money: definitely recommended |
