The Old Mill has an oak spiral staircase, wooden beams and is a 300 year old converted barn. Idyllic countryside location, situated on 80 acre farm.
It can sleep 8-10 with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. (With The Granary sleeps 16, providing 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms). Two double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bunk. Double futon in sitting room. Linen and towels included. Spa packages available, hot-tub and sauna, health and beauty treatments. VisitBritain 4 star.
Guests can relax in the spa room, be pampered by our therapists with a range of beauty treatments. Relaxing spa days. Pony trekking on the Quantocks, quad biking or head for the coast at Lyme Regis.

The West Country / Somerset region
Somerset has plenty to offer the visitor. Not far from the coast at Lyme Regis and with undulating countryside there are beaches to comb and moors to wander through. We are only 5 miles from Taunton the county town, with numerous restaurants, bars and shopping facilites. Bath is only an hour and twenty minutes. Glastonbury is only a 30 minute drive. Quad biking at Quad World is only 35 minutes. An excellent gastro pub is only 3 miles from here and there are plenty of lovely country pubs nearby to explore. Exeter is only 40 minutes with its stunning cathedral and Princesshay shopping centre.

The properties are situated on an 80 acre farm with beautiful Somerset countryside to walk through. A very quiet, peaceful location, surrounded by idyllic countryside. Exmoor with its beautiful moor land and the Quantock hills are within easy reach, where pony trekking and escorted horse riding can be arranged. Quad World only 35 minutes.
