The Ellingham Cottage is situated in a rural area yet only a few minutes walk from grocery stores, an old fashion bakery, restaurants, post office, general store, chemist, doctor’s surgery, banks, petrol station and local pubs.

30% Deposit at the time of booking. Reservations confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, be sure to let us know as soon as possible.
Some Deposits may be refunded up to 42 days prior to your stay; however, deposits on special offers and high season are not refundable within 90 days of accommodation date. Deposits are non-refundable after above deadlines.
Check-in time is 3 pm (of course, if your cottage is ready prior to 3:00 we are happy for you to check in early). Check-out no later than 9:30 (to allow us to prepare for the incoming guests).

Guernsey is a marvellous mix of sea, scenery and the best of contemporary living, Dramatic views from the cliff paths inspire long walks and the island’s beautiful beaches provide a sanctuary for holiday makers to relax and unwind.
St Peter Port, the island’s capital, is located on the seafront providing excellent views from many of the island's restaurants. Visitors will find a tapestry of architectural styles that delight the eye as they stroll along the High Street lined with bistros, restaurants and boutiques. Day trips to Sark and Herm are easy and add to the charm of Guernsey's placement in the Channel Islands.

One of the many highlights of the Summer of 2012 will be the visit of the Olympic Flame to the island.

Guernsey is an easy 30 minute flight from a number of UK airports on the following carriers: Aurigny, Flybe and Blue Islands.
Condor operates a ferry service from Weymouth and Poole in the UK, St. Malo in France and Jersey. Hire Cars are readily available although many guests choose to walk, ride bikes or utilise Guernsey's bus system.

Spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated with lovely furniture, well equipped kitchens, spacious well appointed bedrooms. Very friendly and helpful staff and an excellent location with shops close by. One the best holiday lets we have stayed in and we will definitely return. Response: The gentleman who wrote this stayed with us in December 2012 whilst visiting family in Guernsey. On meeting him we quickly released we both had a keen interest in sailing although he clearly had a great deal more experience and knowledge than me. That said he was still surprised to hear we had been out racing that morning in some reasonably heavy December weather. Anyway I am very great full to him for kindly writing this review and look forward to seeing him again in the summer. Many thanks. |
