Situated within the popular Clifton Court apartment complex in an elevated position apt 16 makes an impressive setting for a break on the North Devon coastline in this one bedroomed apartment that sleeps 5. The well equipped open plan living, kitchen and dining space has been designed to showcase the spectacular sea views, Step through the doors and onto the private terrace and enjoy the panoramic views while the sea air works its magic. Relax and unwind in the indoor heated swimming pool that is just minutes away on site.

Family bathroom with a white suite including a bath with shower over, wc, washbasin with storage and washing machine.

Tiered level Kitchen diner with grey country themed units and wooden surface , appliances include; cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, free standing fridge freezer, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. Dining area to the side with a large wooden table and seating for up to 6 , Pull down doube bed over looking the lounge with seaside views overlooking the terrace

Steps lead down to the lounge which provides views of the beach out toward the patio doors. A fabric cream sofa with 2 parker chairs, single bed for lazy moments. LCD TV with DVD player, Selection of books and board games.

OUTSIDE SPACE

French doors to the patio area with furniture and outdoor bean bags that overlooks Putsborough beach with spectacular views of the sea, cliff face and beach.

Communal indoor heated swimming pool available all year plus separate children's pool, shower and changing rooms are available free of charge. Utility on site with coin operated tumble dryers. Cold outside shower for washing wetsuits and sand in the car park and bike store rack.

Putsborough beach shop and cafe for breakfast, lunch or a light snack overlooking the waves from the terrace. Beach equipment, Surfboards, body boards and wetsuits can be hired too.

No bbq's are allowed at the Apartments, But BBQs are permitted on the beach (Please help keep North Devon tidy)

How do damage deposits work?
