Centrally located near the Blue Flag awarded beaches that Newquay & Cornwall are famous for, we are pleased to offer this superbly appointed 4 star accommodation. Atlantic Cottage is set within the luxurious Atlantic Reach Resort and provides an excellent base to discover the many wonders that Cornwall has to offer.
This privately owned, stylish, two-storey cottage houses 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, It is superbly fitted and sleeps up to 8 people in comfort, (10 with your own kids beds). The property also provides central heating, double glazing and an outdoor patio area. Available 365 days a year, the cottage is the ideal escape for families, groups of friends and golfers. Pets are also welcome!

A modern on site coin operated laundry is provided for your convenience, located opposite the Indigo Spa. It is open during daylight hours all year round.

Conditions
A 25% deposit of the total price is required to secure the property. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
For bookings arriving within 8 weeks, payment must be made in full at time of booking.
Only Saturday to Saturday bookings (or Friday – Friday where stated) are accepted in July and August.
Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated.
No groups of adults under the age of 25 allowed.
The property is non-smoking, though smoking is permitted in outside areas.
Pets are considered at a small extra fee (to cover cleaning) - please get in touch.
