Stone Barn green holiday cottage is located on Castell Farm, near the village of Ffostrasol. Ffostrasol is 6 miles from Newcastle Emlyn, 6 miles from Llandysul and 12 miles from Cardigan. The cottage is also 15 minutes from the beautiful Heritage Coastline and the Sandy Beaches of Cardigan Bay. The Ffostrasol Arms, now famous for its good bar food – do try Betty’s Sunday lunch (advance booking necessary!). ‘La Calabria’ is also within a mile, an Italian restaurant renowned for its authentic Italian cooking combined with fresh Welsh produce. Teifi Valley Cheese, an award winning cheese maker who supplies its cheese to Harrods is close by at the end of a valley. Cardigan (15 miles) has a range of amenities including bank, post office, internet cafe, supermarket, filling station, chemist, doctor, vet, indoor market and interesting independent shops.
