CROYDE OCEAN VILLA OVERVIEW
OCEAN VILLA occupies a spectacular, elevated position in a quiet and peaceful location just 2 minutes from the heart of picturesque Croyde village and its many amenities, including a number of surf shops, renowned public houses and local shops. It is also within a few minutes walk of Croyde beach. OCEAN VILLA is a spacious, dog friendly holiday home with 4 bedrooms to accommodate larger groups or families. The house is beautifully presented throughout and offers some of the best views of the village and coast. OCEAN VILLA has off-street parking for 2 cars. At the rear of property there are patio doors leading from both the dining and sitting rooms that open onto the secluded private terrace with garden furniture and barbeque, ideal for al fresco dining. The terrace steps lead up to an extensive and beautiful ½ acre garden which backs onto fields with access to bridal and walking paths.
In the dining room internal shutters have been installed together with a 50" flat screen with freesat sky package. In the master bedroom a DVD player is now included with the 40" flat screen plasma TV. A small flat screen is also provided with a DVD player in the kids room.
LIVING AREAS
Lounge: With log burner and two large sofas, 32” LCD TV and DVD player. Views across the village to the sea and Lundy Island to the front and patio doors leading to the rear garden. A well stocked bookcase and DVDs make this a great place to chill out after a day out on the beach. This room leads to the dining room with an 8-seater table. The is also a door from the dining room into the hallway.
Sitting Room: The dining room leads into a large second Sitting room. This room has a large six seater corner sofa , a two seater leather sofa bed and solid wood flooring. There is a large Laura Ashley coffee table with storage containing games and DVDs. There is also a large, wall mounted 50” TV and DVD player .This triple aspect room is the perfect place for families and friends to spend a comfortable evening.
Breakfast Room: The second Sitting room leads into the recently added sunny , bright, stylish Breakfast room. The room has a breakfast table, dresser and solid wood flooring with French doors leading on to the patio, raised terrace and garden beyond. The room also leads through to the kitchen.
KITCHEN
This lovely kitchen has Heritage oak cabinets with large pan drawers. This large open-plan kitchen, with dining table seating up to 10, has recently been upgraded to include Opollo astro solid quartz worktops with large breakfast bar and four stools. Facilities include Rangemaster Professional 100+ range with 2 ovens, grill and 5-burner gas hob, integrated intelligent dishwasher, 4-slice toaster, microwave and a large upright fridge/freezer, wine cooler and rack. A television with FREESAT is also available in this very well equipped kitchen with everything you are likely to need to make your self catering holiday enjoyable. There is a countryside style pine dresser. A French door leads outside to the back garden and patio. A useful, spacious utility room contains a washing machine and additional storage space. An additional door opens to the outdoor shower and patio.
BEDROOMS
OCEAN VILLA has 4 bedrooms.
The master bedroom is a magnificent triple aspect room, accessible through the adjoining dressing room, with beautiful countryside views, overlooking the gardens. Furniture includes a king-size bed, bedside cabinets with reading lamps, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a DVD player is now included with the 40" flat screen plasma TV with Sky TV. The bedroom benefits from a modern en-suite bathroom with large shower enclosure, basin and WC.
Bedroom 2 contains a double bed, bedside cabinets, reading lamps, built in wardrobes and shelves with a selection of books including children's books. A wall mounted 32 inch LCD television with FREESAT is now available. A CD and iPod dock is also available for your use. Again, there are magnificent countryside views.
Bedroom 3 contains a double bed and single bed, bedside cabinets, twin reading lamps, fitted wardrobe and dressing table, with glorious views over the garden and countryside. A wall mounted 24 inch LCD television with FREESAT, DVD player, CD and iPod dock is also available for your use.
Bedroom 4 has sturdy pine adult sized bunk beds, chest on chest storage and sea views.
BATHROOMS
The family bathroom is spacious with a bath and power shower over, basin and WC.
There is a downstairs cloakroom/WC.
The master bedroom has a modern en-suite shower room with large shower enclosure, basin and WC.
Main bathroom magnificently refurbed with luxuriously styled designer stand alone bathtub and separate shower.
This can act as an ensuite to the twin room or secured to act as Family bathroom.
