Immersed in an arable land of 38 hectares, 4 km from the center of Bernalda, Agriturismoteo family-run farm offers an outdoor pool, rooms and self-catering apartment and fruit and vegetable production in its tribute.

All rooms in the Agriturismoteo have views of the garden, free WiFi, hardwood floors, flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with shower. The apartment have a barbecue and a kitchen, while the rooms are equipped with a kitchenette.

Every morning you can enjoy breakfast in the privacy of your room.

During your stay you will also have the opportunity to visit the breeding of sheep, chickens and ducks. Walking along a footpath that crosses for 900 meters plantations of kiwis and apricots of the structure, will also reach the swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas and surrounded by trees and gardens.

The Agriturismoteo is a 20-minute drive from both public and private beaches of Metaponto Lido and 40 minutes drive from the town of Matera, characterized by a landscape and picturesque alleys.

Our facility includes 2 double rooms with private bathroom and fitted kitchen on the first floor, 2 triple rooms with private bathroom and fitted kitchen on the first floor, 3 ground floor apartments (max 5 people), 2 apartments on the first floor (max 5 people).

Information:
For children up to 6 years old, and the daily cost 'of only Euro 10,00 for the months from September to June
(Except July and August). Discounts apply for groups of families or couples or for stays longer than 1 week (Except July and August).

The price includes:
1) sheets, blankets and linens,
2) weekly linen change and final cleaning,
3) cost of electricity, gas and water, including the water heater.
4) use of swimming pool and free Wi-Fi;
5) use of laundry room (free for stays of at least 1 week, otherwise available at a cost of € 3.00 per wash).

Price for heating (in winter): € 5.00 per day for each climate
Price for air conditioning (in summer): € 5.00 per day for each climate
(Ap.1-2-3 are equipped with two climate; Cam.5-7-8-9 and App.4-6 are equipped with a climate).
The air conditioning / heating is included in the total alone in the n. 6
And 'offered free use of the fireplace only present in the apartment no. 3, we provide firewood business at no additional cost

The apartment have everything for cooking (even coffee mocha coffee ').
We provide delivery of a package in a farmhouse breakfast consists of:
coffee, milk, packaged croissants, jams and rusks.
This service is on request at a cost of € 3,00 per person.

Lunch and / or Dinner will be served at a nearby restaurant in Bernalda (12 km, 10 minutes by car from the farm) with products based on fish or meat, local and homemade.
The Full Menus include: appetizer-first-second-drink-coffee or liqueur.
Menu prices: € 20 to € 25 meat and seafood.

For those who want the pizza, we have a partnership with a restaurant-pizzeria in Bernalda for meat, fish and pizza. The price of a pizza + drink a EUR 8 per person.

How do damage deposits work?
