We have 2 identical Holiday Lodges here, and we also arrange bookings for many of these amazing spacious 4 bed holiday lodges.

We pride ourselves on quick responses for our guests at all times .... and clear details of everything guests need to know

THE RESORT IS JUST A FEW MILES FROM NEWQUAY, ideal central location in Cornwall, just off the A30 --- This makes it easy to get out and about exploring Cornwall.

PERFECT CENTRAL LOCATION IN CORNWALL -- just a few miles from Newquay, and the beautiful beaches nearby. There is so much on the resort to keep everyone happy, it is the perfect central location with great facilities just incase the weather is not kind to us !

Downstairs double bedroom and shower room --- so this property is ideal for elderly guests. Be aware that all doors are standard width.

WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN - with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob, toaster, kettle, plenty of cups, plates, glasses etc.

DOUBLE ENSUITE BEDROOM ---- this has double bed, bedside drawers, dressing table, bedside lighting, juliette balcony overlooking the gardens, ensuite shower room with shower cubicle, wc, sink with mirror, spotlights.

TWIN BEDROOM -- with 2 single beds, wardrobe space, bedside cabinets, bedside lighting.

2ND UPSTAIRS DOUBLE BEDROOM --- double bed, wardrobe space, bedside cabinets, bedside lighting.

DOWNSTAIRS DOUBLE BEDROOM ---- this has double bed, wardrobe space, bedside cabinets, bedside lighting.

THERE IS A SHOWER ROOM /WC JUST NEXT TO THIS BEDROOM -- So this is perfect for elderly guests.

Each property has 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8.

Please be aware that the house is set up and equipped for 8 guests.

WIFI is available at the Leisure Building where you can relax with a Speciality Coffee or a Snack from the Cafe / Coffee Shop

This resort is set in acres of glorious countryside, so there is a wonderful feeling of space on this resort.

Yes the resort do not offer a launderette at the moment ...... but they will do a service wash at reception that is great value !!
