From the owner

From a warm welcome, to making sure that your stay is relaxing, The Annexe is a comfortable and spacious open plan modern home.

It is a single storey dwelling with one step up from the living areas to the two bedrooms.

There is a sofa bed in the living area which is a 2 seater sofa which turns into a small double bed (can sleep 2 - although would be be better for one).

The dining area has a table and six chairs, watch the race horses go past while you have breakfast. We can also provide a highchair for your little one should you require it.

The blue bedroom has an en-suite with a rainfall and handheld shower system. There is also the main bathroom, again with a rainfall shower and hand held shower system.

It has it's own private courtyard with patio doors from the living area. Just across the road is the Manor House Inn.

The family are on hand to answer questions, sort any queries, give advice and are a font of local knowledge having ancestors in the village dating back to the 15th century. If you require anything. we are just next door and we can be available as much as our guests want.

How do damage deposits work?

If Martin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
