The welcoming lounge has two sofas, dining table and chairs, and laminate flooring. The home entertainment system comprises a flatscreen TV with Sky Digital (not all channels), a DVD player and music system with I-pod dock. A Wii games console and a selection of games is provided along with free Wi-fi internet access.
The recently refurbished kitchen has tiled flooring, underfloor heating, electric cooker and dishwasher. The bathroom has attractive mosaic tiling and a power shower over bath.
The main bedroom has a double bed, pine furniture with a good sized wardrobe and overlooks the enclosed rear garden. The second bedroom is a twin with two single beds. Both bedrooms have laminate flooring and all bed linen is provided.

The enclosed, private garden is a sun trap and has a decking area and furniture for outdoor dining, along with a built in barbecue to enjoy warm summer evenings.
