The Granary Barn - Sleeps 6
The Granary Barn is a beautiful and characterful three bedroom cottage, with dual aspect views over the lush Welsh countryside.
Friday Changeover. The Granary Barn is simply perfect for all, providing very versatile and flexible accommodation. Back in the 17th Century, the Granary Barn was the original farmhouse. Much of its history is still evident in the little nooks, gorgeous wooden beams throughout and hand crafted dowels.
Upon entering, you walk into the large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. Offset is the downstairs bathroom.
The lounge has a large comfy sofa with an additional easy chair. Views are over the lawned area to the side, and further afield towards the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
A large flat screen TV, with freeview channels, DVD player and DAB radio is also to hand for those relaxing nights in. You also have free wifi access.
The kitchen is equipped with a LPG cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven. Views are over the courtyard and your own outdoor seating area, which is located at the front of the cottage.
The bathroom has a wet room, toilet and basin. An additional toilet and basin can also be found upstairs.
Upstairs, is the master bedroom with a king size bed, and two twin bedrooms. The layout is ideal for families with young children.
The main bedroom is adorned with deep duck down mattress toppers, luxury Egyptian bed linen, finished with cosy duvets and throws. At night you can even lie back and stargaze through the skylight whilst snuggled up.
One twin room has two adult single beds which has access to the hallway or main bedroom. The other twin room has an adult single bed and a slightly smaller childs bed (upto 10 year old) . All has lovely furnishings and bed linen.
A second toilet and basin is also located upstairs.

Amroth 1.5 miles; Saundersfoot 3 miles; Tenby 8 miles.
Amroth is a coastal village in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and is the southern start of the award winning Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. The village has a selection of pubs serving good food, cafes and shops close to the beach which offers safe swimming. The beautiful sandy beach stretches the whole length of the village and at extreme low tide you can still see the petrified forest, destroyed when sea levels rose 7000 years ago. From this wonderful seaside location you can discover all Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire have to offer and with such an array of attractions you will be spoilt for choice. Enjoy the scenic Welsh coast with wonderful unspoilt beaches, vibrant seaside resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot, boat trips to Caldey Island or the bird islands and wonderful water sports. Go inland to enjoy historic castles, museums, steam railways, zoos and theme parks. A perfect location for all year round holidays.

Situated down a short lane just off the coastal road between the wonderful sandy beaches of Pendine and Amroth, these four wonderful Amroth holiday cottages are located in peaceful surroundings where you can enjoy open countryside by day and the absolute delight of star gazing at night. These delightful Amroth cottages have been created from old farm buildings and each is furnished, decorated and equipped to a high standard with individual character and charm. With a variety of accommodation across these four Amroth cottages, up to eighteen people can be accommodated, and with two properties having the added advantage of an optional interconnecting door, there is plenty of flexibility for all party sizes. From the time you step into your cottage, to enjoy the wonderful homemade cakes provided by the owners, to the time you have to leave, you will be thoroughly pleased with your holiday cottage choice. "Can't wait to come back"
Great accommodation with really friendly welcome from owners. Spacious property, clean, tidy in a glorious location. Loved local beaches (avoid Pendine). Tenby was lovely place. Highlight was horse riding at very nearby Marros riding centre.
Thank you for your review of The Granary Barn. It was really lovely having you and your family stay here, especially as you all shared The Granary Barn and The Buttery. It was great hearing about all the places you ventured to during your stay. We are sure Hazels horses at the Marros Riding Centre are missing you all. We hope to see you all again soon ...... we will stock up on the icepops!
